Can I modify or cancel my order?

We work to process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery. If you would like to make changes or cancel your purchase, please reach out to us as soon as possible at service@comfylora.com.

Please note that once your order is being processed or has already been shipped, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Is free shipping available?

Absolutely! We provide free standard shipping on all orders of $89 or more.

For purchases under $89, additional shipping charges may apply. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Which locations do you ship to?

At this time, we offer shipping services to US and CA.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

After your order is confirmed, we begin preparing your items for shipment.

Most orders require 1–3 business days for processing, although certain items may take 6–10 business days.

Once shipped, standard delivery generally takes:

• United States: Approximately 6–8 business days.

• Other countries and regions: Approximately 8–10 business days.

Please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your destination and the shipping carrier.

How do I track my shipment?

As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to follow your order's delivery progress.

Returns & Refunds

What are the requirements for returning an item?

We accept qualifying returns requested within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible, products must remain unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags still attached.

Am I responsible for return shipping fees?

Return shipping expenses are generally the customer's responsibility.

However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, return shipping costs will not be your responsibility.
